Classic Mistake that are killing radio stations

Been working with some radio stations in Africa that have gone through severe funding challenges, to a point where they have had to re-think everything from scratch. The biggest challenge was not introducing the new ideas, it was getting rid of the old ones. In this case, the new station was not a smaller version of the old broadcasting corporation. Once that was established, discussions become so much more fruitful. This is one of the most important lessons learned from the new course by Steve Blank which recently went on line.
