I'm not sure why the UN bothers to film radio interviews unless they plan to use it in context.
The counter was on 35 views when I looked. And this video can't be used on TV because the interviewee is almost at 90 degrees to the camera. Using videos like this to mentor radio and TV stations. Reminds me of the great site WebsitesthatSuck which is still going strong.
