My turn during the Warsaw Convention on the future of international broadcasting. We talked about the new forms of delivery like DRM and podcasting. Poland -and Polish Radio's external broadcasting service - has the ambition (and equipment) to become a regional power in this part of Central Europe. They keep an eye on events in Belarus and Ukraine that the world often ignores.
