In Rome at the invitation of the Worldbank to observe a new type of conference. Running around at the moment between a number of interesting sessions being held at the HQ of the Food and Agricultral Organisation. I am sceptical of the value of these kinds of meetings by nature, but this one had generated a lot of interesting conversations already - and its only 6.30 am in the hotel on the outskirts of Rome. Will post more when I have transcribed my notes.
