This fisherman is beheading the cod on the waterfront at Bergen. Ten minutes later these were on ice on his fish stall. They also had the most heavenly salmon I have ever tasted. I'm sure sales will rocket with the avian bird flu scare reaching this part of the world.

Had some Norwegian Salmon last night, very tasty. And will be having the leftovers for lunch later today.
