Television of the Future - Richard Kastelein

Richard is a well respected Canadian media entrepreneur. He lives in Groningen in the North of the Netherlands, but travels the world disrupting the world of television wherever he lands. And that's been London and San Francisco over the last few months. I've only just the discovered his recent talk for TEDx held in Groningen which highlights some very interesting Dutch examples of second screen productions, including Voice of Holland and the Dutch elections. The future of TV is discovering what you like not (just) consuming what others serve  up over the web or over the air. Well worth watching. And check out his website Appmarket for news and analysis that's well ahead of the rest.
