Those with an ounce of common sense saw this happening when Facebook first announced a public offering. Has it bottomed out yet? I'm guessing it will around US$15.50 a share. But what do I know? Enough not to invest a penny.
All this reminds me that Founders are rarely good people to take the company into the next phase - execution. Look at the rags to riches (and back to rags) story of the founder of General Motors. William Crapo Durant. I guess that Crapo had a more positive meaning in the early parts of the last century.
