Russia Today seeking viewers in Kingston

Richard Sambrook spotted this taxi in London a few weeks back. In Russia itself, BBC Russian service is off the air. Wonder if locals know what it is...and how they can receive it?

  2. In Washington DC, it's a part of the digital channels offered by pubcaster WNVC. It's like watching the old Radio Moscow but on TV. Some of the same folks you hear on the radio are doing the voicework for this station.
    AKA Putin TV.
