Europe just put the clocks back to winter time. Amsterdam is now UTC +1. It is done on the last Sunday of March and October. This year the US went back to winter time on the same day. But for the last time. Thanks to a law passed last year, daylight-saving time will start earlier and end later beginning in 2007. It will start from the second Sunday in March (the 11th) and go to the first Sunday in November.
So more headaches for airline planners and international broadcasters I guess.
